Through my insurance I set Dr. Kogan as my primary care physician. They took my appointment after I told them my insurance information over the phone. When I arrived however, the doctor refused to see me. The receptionist said they had problems with the insurance before and didn't want to take the risk. Even after getting a representative from the insurance on the phone where she assured them they would pay, the doctor didn't care. Horrible experience and a waste of time.
