I had a very disappointing experience during my first visit to Dr. Kluss’s office for a dental cleaning. I originally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Klaas, but a different dentist ended up examining my teeth without any prior notice, which was quite unexpected. During the visit, I was pressured into scheduling a deep cleaning for the following week.
