Medical gaslighting is real in today's society. This is not the case with Dr. Klitzman and his staff. I am not the easiest client to deal with and they have all been amazing!! I have had left shoulder surgery and now right bicep tendon surgery and have been treated with the upmost respect. Thank you Carmen for being so responsive with my questions! Highly recommend

My son had an appointment and when we showed up we were told that only he could go back since he was 18 (myself and my two young daughters had to wait in the lobby). I was never told prior to our appointment that they were limiting visitors, I could have made other arrangements if I had been informed of the policy while making the appointment.
