Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Dr. Kahn's practice is old-fashioned in a good way: He's the only doc on staff, there's little or no waiting (ever), his knowledge is first-rate, and his staff (including himself) are always friendly and accomodating. At the same time, his diagnostic tools/machines seem to be cutting-edge, and his eyewear selection is very good for a small shop (and there's never any pressure to have extra tests or buy anything). Office hours could be clearer on his recorded message, but we're not talking about an ER experience.

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes

Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
