Dr Heck replaced both my knees 6 years ago and he did a wonderful job.
My visit was a first time visit. It was very professional and friendly everybody from the front desk to the back to the doctor himself who explained exactly what we were dealing with and how we were gonna treat it and when we were going, follow up, absolutely excellent.
Dr. Heck seems to be an amazing doctor. At our initial appointment, he sat directly in front of me and my mom. He made eye contact with us both, shook our hands, and listened intently. He was very kind and professional. The same way in the hospital on surgery day.
