I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of care and service I received at this office. The lack of communication and follow-through regarding my medication demonstrated a concerning level of incompetence. My specialty pharmacy attempted to contact the office six separate times and received no response. Despite this, I was scheduled for an appointment and then called the morning of the appointment and told that the office did not have my medication and that I could pick it up from my local pharmacy. I am sending a Shout out to Mrs. April I love the way she handles her patients, sometimes I can get talkative, but she listens I love the treatment she gives me who wouldn’t want someone of her caliber to be their Dr. she’s awesome, she’s caring, very understanding and most of she has a passion for what she does she takes pride in her work.
