Went to him after I sustained a burn that while had healed, was still extremely painful. He surgically excised it, in addition to doing a z-plasty to deal with another area that was in a cycle of ripping open and then poorly healing. He tries to be a very personable guy and make small talk, and made me feel extremely comfortable. He even drew diagrams to show what he would do.
