Dr Ponec has always been great to work with. Explains everything very well. The staff listens very well unlike Salem Hospital ER.
Easy to make an appointment. Office is very organized, and staff is friendly and inviting. Dr. Ponec has helped numerous members of our family over the years. He's always been clear in what was planned for the procedures, reviewed the results and outcomes clearly, and followed up as needed.
Dr. Ponec and all the support staff were congenial, patient, and informative.
