I had a great experience with Dr. Laciak and his staff. From the moment I walked in everyone made me feel at ease. They made a procedure I was not excited to get, easy. All the staff had wonderful bedside manner which made all the difference!
One of the best experiences I have ever had in a medical office
This man and his staff single-handedly ruined my life. His incompetent decision-making during a routine procedure led to me hemorrhaging from my kidney and left me hospitalized for almost two weeks. When I returned to his office after discharge his arrogant, un-empathetic self gave me a half-assed apology and said he thought it “would be fine”. Dr. Laciak and his staff (particularly Jordan) are terrific. They explained medical details and treatment options in easy-to-understand terms and gave me plenty of time to ask questions which they answered thoroughly. When I mentioned some weight loss goals, Dr. Laciak also gave me some excellent, helpful, practical advice - an unexpected bonus.
Dr. Laciak is an excellent doctor and his staff is marvelous! For several years, I had an enlarged prostate that resulted in a lot of big bladder stones. Dr. Laciak removed the stones surgically from my bladder, and although he had to make a 4 inch incision to remove them, he did such a great job and made such a straight cut, that I have trouble finding the scar.
