I was referred by my primary dr, and I couldn't make the first appt. I then received a voicemail from a lady at this office, and she was rude. Like really?! ..Over missing one appt?! ..Dysfunctional much?! lol When i arrived to my scheduled appt, the lady at the front desk snapped at me. She was like: You know you're an hour early, right?! (Or something like that) So, i snapped back and said: Uh yeah, but i had to get a ride as i don't have a vehicle like others.
