I tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient over the phone, but the receptionist lady informed me that they are not accepting new patients at all. No explanation was provided, then she hung up, which I found frustrating and unprofessional, and i am sure it was coming from her not from the doctor. Turning away potential patients without offering any reason or additional information reflects poorly on the practice's customer service. HR gotta investigate the receptionist ladies in general and what they do.

If you’re looking for a doctor who will decide what’s wrong with you the moment he walks into the room, this is the place. He seemed completely unwilling to listen to my concerns or consider information beyond his initial impression. Rather than investigating symptoms or discussing possible causes, he appeared to have already made up his mind. The appointment felt rushed, dismissive, and unproductive.
