So much fraud and incompetence in this organization where do I even begin? I took my child to the pediatrician here for an appointment last October. At the appointment he received a flu vaccine via a nasal mist. I later received a bill for the service in my name. The doctors are great but I tried getting help with my medication and was met with a lot of hostility by the person on the phone blaming me for my medication being lost. I was trying to explain the situation and kept being cut off and told to wait for my medication even though I was almost out. I would’ve appreciated more understanding and was disappointed with the lack of care about my situation.
Went here recently for a blood draw and after she collected the sample, the tech looks at me and says "i used the wrong tube". Needless to say, make sure you confirm what test you want before they draw your blood! Now I need to find time in my schedule to go back again when I already dread blood draws! Not happy!
Patients Beware, I had an appointment with Rachael Garvelink, What a disappointment, She was 1/2 hour late, I went there to get a prescription refilled, I have been on this for prescription for 25years, and explained that this is the only one that works for me, she said she would refill it for me. What she didn't say is that she took it upon herself to change a 25year old prescription to a generic one and never told me, when I followed up on it I was met with a battle, which I'm still fighting.
