After prepping for colonoscopy the required 3 days, including taking the system-cleansing solution 24 hours prior, arriving at the designated hospital location, was told the doctor would not be at that location that day. Through vigorous complaint I was able to get the doctor to agree to actually come to the location - which he had specified - and perform the procedure, which he eventually did - 2 hours late.
