Dr Dean seems to be a good doctor, but, his front office staff is the pits. Had a Thursday appt and on Wednesday, I received an email informing me that my Thursday appointment had been moved to Friday. This occurred without me being consulted. I already had another appointment for the exact time as the one they changed me to without my consent. His staff had previously failed to schedule a needed test and referral in a timely manner. In person seems to be a very good doctor but when needed (breathing problems ) very poor response
Dr. Dean is a wonderful doctor but his front desk staff is unfriendly and cold in nature when it comes to checking in patience.
Everyone is nice and Dr Dean has always been a very good Dr very nice
