Dr.Basak is the only doctor I've ever had who actively listens to me, and allows me to help in deciding my care plan. He is super intelligent and thorough. He doesn't just throw medication at every little problem, and is not afraid to admit when he is unsure of something, and will refer you to those who do. He is the only doctor I will see for the remainder of my life or why I stay in Michigan. I even pay extra money to see him as he is not in my network. OK. 1- I am being billed for $50 related to a visit in June 2021. No one can tell me what the charge is for, except that it is because my visit took too long. In that case the Dr. should pay the charge as he is in control of the length of my visit. Also, there is no posted time limit for appointments. It should have been covered at 100% anyway based on the insurance I had at the time. 2-They won't accept calls from the pharmacy for prescriptions, but you cannot leave a prescription refill request on the prescrition request l... read more
