It should be negative one star. Charged me twice for two calls one pipe between two people's houses and one visit, pipe is inches apart. Told them I'd be happy multiple times to pay for the parts and the one time they were here. The way that man spoke to me ranting about how he is a Contractor License holder and I was just a dumb woman to him. Very dishonest very rude and do not recommend anybody to ever use this company. I had an emergency last night did not know who to call was given their name from my hairdresser. I called them within five minutes. They called me back with an appointment. They were here before. They said they were going to be got the whole project done was out of here quickly with a perfect job well done. If you need a plumber, these are the people to call. They are excellent.!!!!
I called a plumber to replace an outside spigot. I'm from NY where everything is Cooper and I thought a plumber was needed to cut pipe and soder on a new spigot. When the plumber arrived he twisted off the old one with a crescent wrench and put some tape on and screwed a new spigot on. Took all of 15 min and I was charged an hour labor $130 and $12 for the part for a total of $142. I asked if maybe they could charge me half an hour labor but they said no. I guess I paid $130 tuition for a lesson learned.
Definitely RECOMMEND Kendell Plumbing to any one.
