I am extremely disappointed with this doctor/office. I used to be a patient of Dr. Jaume Berkle for almost 10 years. Since Dr. Berkle moved out I was transferred to Dr. Hof. Then my problems started. Maybe it is not his fault but his office is awful, terrible and I do not find words to express my frustration.. Each time I tried to reach the office I ended up at a tel service. Each time I left a message I was never called back. It is a simple case for refill. This is going on since 3 weeks. A simple refill became a nightmare.... read more
