I have been well over a month trying g to get my records released to another doctors office. There is no reason why after those release papers have been filled out that it should take this long for them to fax the files. I never did get to use Dr.Hein because I could not anyone to take me 50 miles to get the shots. Had to find a doctor closer so that I can get a ride once my medicare kicked in.
