I recently took my toddler here because we moved to the Cypress area not too long ago and I wanted her to establish a dentist close to home. The initial apt, the front desk was very helpful and professional, the cleaning went very well and they were so patient with my daughter. When she had to go back to get her fillings, they made the process very comforting for both me and my daughter. The doctor let me aware of each step of the process before it happened. My 8 yr old son has horrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Panic attacks, throwing up on the dentist, crying. Just awful. But let me tell you, this place is such a breath of fresh air. They are AMAZING with kids. They took their time with him and made sure he was comfortable. Dr. Alice and Helen are fantastic. We have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist before. My son left smiling and laughing. Huge Win! We are so glad to have been recommended here. We will be back!
Please don't go to this office, bad service, unprofessional and extremely high price. The service was horrible. I think they need justice. They rip me off $500.
Do not go to this Dentist if you use Atnea Dental Insurance. Their rates for dental services are extremely expensive. My daughter had 4 cavities filled. We paid $380 for the sediation and over $300 for the cavities to be filled. I have never been charged this much money for dental work anywhere else. They just lowered the sedation charges and didn't offer to discount the sediation charges to my daughters account. Arbitrary pricing buyer beware. Please do yourself a favor by shoping around first.
They are pricey, but they really put the kids AND the parents at ease when it comes to dental appointments and work to be done.
