Unbelievably unprofessional place. I had an exam after having an infected tooth and was told I needed a root canal. They scheduled me for an appointment. When I get into the exam room they tried to fix a completely different tooth. I refused the treatment and tried to make another appointment for the root canal but they told me I needed a pre-auth and would call me. I waited 3 weeks for a call and heard nothing. As many receptionist as they have, you would think that they would answer phone calls or at the very least call you back. It’s pretty frustrating cleanings are booked out all the way into October and here it is only February! Must have a hard time keeping staff if I had to guess with the way things are ran unprofessionally at this location. Unfortunately this is the only dentist available with in an hour and a half that excepting new patients. I had previously reviewed this place but it's mysteriously gone. I have also noticed that several other reviews I remember are also missing. It would appear they are deleting reviews. I wouldn't recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Went to get one tooth extracted and when I got there they said (after I was already numbed and waited over an hour and a half in the chair!
