I am a current 1031 Exchange client receiving very poor customer service. I hope that will improve shortly and I will gladly revise this post when I receive the exchange proceeds which they have in their possession and have failed to deliver thus far. In the interim, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. Next day (11/8/17): Alas, it appears that it is not poor customer service but potentially fraudulent activity in promising to deliver client funds but failing to do so on, now, numerous occasions.
