One of the best in his field and humble. He and his team make you feel welcome and comfortable.
I had been seeing Dr. Haak for years and he's always been a great eye doctor. The last time I saw him, 2 years ago, his office staff messed up my contact lens order and I ended up waiting an extra month for my order. Just today I showed up for an appointment and it turns out they never logged it in their system. I will not be going back. If Dr. Haak ever moves to a more competent practice, I would highly recommend him. Until then, I just can't deal with the incompetence of his staff.
Very considerate group with a good selection of frames. The examination equipment was high-tech and took a lot of the guess work out.
