Dr. F is thorough and considers multitudes of aspects which can affect your health. Extremely perceptive as well as kind and caring. Patients receive outstanding care based on the newest medical resources and years of experience. In addition, this traditional ( single doctor) office provides a pleasant, personalized visit.
V unprofessional service. Asked to call back after a week (instead of they calling), and did not return voice mail note when I did. They've helped my reports and not provided me a slot to review with the doctor for more than 10 days.
He doesn't act with determination to get you a diagnosis. He doesn't follow through on what he says he'll do to find out what your problem is. For example, he'll assure you that he will be contacting a specialist on your behalf but you find on your return visit he hasn't done so and he doesn't take any take responsibility. And then the same thing happens yet again...After several years, I just don't feel as if he's really interested in my health.
Dr. Fafalak was able to diagnoise my health issues when noone else could. He is the most caring and is able to comminicate treatment plans and leaves no stone unturned. I cannot recomend him more highly. His office staff is amazing!!
My husband was a patient of Dr. Fafalak. He was a smoker with high blood pressure and high cholesterol and Dr. Fafalak never referred him for further tests or to a cardiologist. My husband died of a heart attack last month. I called Dr. Fafalak's office to let them know and received no response back.

Excellent doctor with great patience (no pun intended). Listens well and always gives appropriate advice. Never seems rushed. I’ve recommended him to many.
I have been seeing Dr Fafalak for 5 years and can say the is extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. His bedside manner is patient, open and friendly. He has diagnosed specific conditions that other doctors missed. Anyone reading this should know that he can be trusted to give you the utmost care.
In one word he is the best and it is a God blessing that my wife found him for me 10 years ago when we moved in to NY from Colorado.
