My college student went to have his retainer fixed. Dr. Conforti did not properly fix the appliance. He over charged on the repair. When he was confronted he told me I was "whacked off" and made NO attempt to help the situation. He is very very very angry; screamed at me when I confronted him. I'd think twice before sitting in his chair.
