I'm stationed out in 29 Palms in the military and was given the option to be referred off base for my wisdom teeth surgery. I am writing because I went to this Dr. only from one recommendation from a random orthodontist and from reading online reviews. Thanks to others who wrote good reviews I went to Dr. F. I went with him bec. he takes my insurance. I had a tooth extraction a week ago plus bone grafting (a root canal that went bad) and he did it with only local anesthesia. I love Dr. Ferdowsmakan! He's so nice and gentle. I hate going to the doctor and the office made me feel so comfortable. My procedure went very well and I only had a little bit of pain after. And no swelling! Amazing doc.
The Dr. and his assistants are great, he did a great job on my in-plants with almost no pain. His Aid that handles insurance is a little questionable. They seem not to know how to handle claims and they forget to send all required information to the insurance companies causing delays. I had to call and send email to them asking to have all the required information sent to insurance company, so I can get my claim process correctly. This doctor shows no sign of confidence in his work and gives wishy washy answers to questions. After keeping me there for 1 hour to take impressions of my teeth, he had his staff (not himself) call me and tell me he will not be treating me anymore.
Great experience with the doctor and his staff! Everything went smoothly.

Honestly, this is the absolute best tooth-puller I have ever needed. He is gentle, caring and helpful. So are all of his staff. He lets you know exactly what to expect and how it will impact your life. One thing that is very, very special is the follow up calls he makes personally to answer any questions the day after the procedure. I recommend him to all my friends, and now to anyone else who checks this rating system out. He is terrific and I recommend him highly.
This Dr. is the best you will ever find in your lifetime. He is kind, generous, honest and highly skilled. He should live to a hundred and fifty!
