Called to make an appointment. Scheduler very rude. I had to ask five times to speak to someone else before I was transferred. Ended up cancelling appt. and going somewhere else. Don't want to deal with an office that treats people this way.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this ENT Otolaryngologist's office? They were average
