Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Love Dr. Katz. Was lucky enough to be referred to him through Cedars and after seeing the other glowing reviews knew I was in good hands. After 30 weeks of a very perfect pregnancy, I'm extremely confident in his ability to deliver my first child! He's calm, good-humored, the office staff is great, and I haven't had one single negative experience!

I love that they were always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Cousineau and Dr. Katz delivered my twins in 1992 - and to this day I have never had a better team - or better physicians. These docs are just the best!

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
