Very dissatisfied. In 2017 dr jones replaced my knee and it was awesome. Started acting up 10 months ago with multiple visits to have him day it’s fine. When I first went I was as having a hard time even using a walker. So I have a visit coming up with a new dr. I called dr jones office asking for my records and info from x-ray, bone scan and results from fluid taken from my knee. They said info is on the desk just come over to pick it up. I am thankful to have found Dr. Jones. After years of pain, I saw Dr. Jones for a hip replacement. The office staff is friendly and helpful and I always felt cared for and respected. He uses the anterior approach for hip replacements so the recovery is faster and easier. And, definitely attend the joint replacement class before surgery. Lots of useful information. I highly recommend Dr. Jones.
My experience and care with hip surgery from Longview Orthopedics has been exceptional. Dr. Robert F. Jones(Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon), and his care team listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. The pre and post surgery information from Dr. Jones and his care team was very informative, detailed, and tailored to my specific needs. Their reassurance and attentiveness made for a successful surgery and recovery.
I highly recommend Dr. Jones for hip replacement surgery. He is a very skilled and competent surgeon. Just over two weeks ago I had an anterior right hip replacement. I had an anterior left hip replacement in 2021. I felt a sense of trepidation as I approached the date of my first surgery. This was simply fear of the unknown and the nature of the surgery.
