My first time visit at Oakbend office and in fort Worth TX for 3 months only, met Dr Robert Warren what a pleasant individual and his assistant who check my eyes like them very much very likeable made me feel very comfortable,but the front desk person was very rude and pushy and unpleasant not one smile I was unaware of a $75 co-pay of service,she was nothing nice insisted i pay something or you have credit card umm you can't pay nothing for one didnt know how UHC works thought I was covered all new to me, anyway that's why ... read more

Dr. Warren was so personalble I explained my situation and he told me exactly what I was experiencing and saw it for himself. He said let take care of it. I was so thankful.
