Dr. Shapiro was extremely kind and thorough. He really listened to my concerns and scheduled all the tests that he felt I needed. I found everyone at the practice to be very professional and compassionate.
Horrible experience with Dr. Shapirro. The staff was great. Our appointment was at 3 pm and we were checked in and in the examroom by 3:10. However Dr shappiro did not bother to come for almost 45 minutes. As i was getting my mother back into her wheel chair so we could leave and re-schedule thats when he showed up with a minimal apology. His bed side manner was very dry. Very disappointed.
Dr. Shapiro is the best of the best, an amazing doctor who provides quality patient care to all of his patients.
