They don’t answer their phones. Bled my insurance dry. The office “supervisor“ Tarsha is incompetent. Dr. Kupsaw rather “treat” wounds forever; instead of doing anything that would actually help heal wounds.
Both doctor and staff are very gentle, knowledgeable and caring.
I would give negative Star If I could. Kupsaw treated my wound for 6 years, All he did is shave the top layer off every 2-3 weeks- extremely painful. Sometimes it would bleed. Supervisor Tarsha & nurse Jen Dean refused to order my medical supplies for 5 months. Then when I had a meeting with them both, they told Dr. Kupsaw to cancel me as a patient. Kupsaw did without even talking with me to get my side. I am a medicaid patient, so I think it was discrimination. Stay away from these people !
Dr. Kupsaw is one of the best Doctors I know, in 2014, when i had a diabetic ulcer that was not healing properly he did not give up he referred me to a vascular doctor in Tampa General Hospital that was able to repair the vascular problem, but if it was not for Dr. Kupsaw not giving up I would have lost my leg
