He was the worst provider I have ever seen. He missed working me up at all for a broken neck and lower back- didn't even send me for imaging for over 4 months. Missed trigeminal neuralgia and never ordered labs or would even consider abnormal labs ordered by another provider. He should not be practicing medicine as he also did omt on me while both my neck and back were broken. "But according to his board, he didn't break any laws" True story. Avoid him save yourself

I was very pleased with Dr Devine. He is very knowledgeable, non-arrogant, thorough, good bed side manner, thinks outside the box, and really tried to help make things easier for me. I really recommend him! He's easy to talk to and I could tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
