This place is a joke. Can't get an appointment. Dr, nurses and staff are very rude. Dr refuses to see and treat long term patients. (only with favoritism do you get seen) I will be getting a new family Doctor ASAP!! They even refuse to see children that have been going there since birth and going there before this Dr even showed up. Always changing Doctors to. Never a steady Doctor there. Wonder why??? Dr. Douglas has no idea how to be a professional.
Go to someone else. This office change the reason for the exam and it ended up costing us a good bit of money. The office had a different reason each time they called. Dr DeJesus was difficult to work with.
Called for an appointment and didn't go through with it because the receptionist was extremely rude.
