Great Doc and staff
Dr Tague is a great doctor but his nurses and office staff leave a lot to be desired. On my last visit there I was told they no longer take the insurance I have but this has been for the past year and half I was told but I have been there several times in the past year and half and it has been taken. Then I was told I wed for the past 5 visits which I have never received a bill/statement. This was all a shock to me. There may sometimes be long wait times, but that's because he gives each patient as much time as they need. While he is very professional, he also has an excellent bedside manner, taking as much time as needed to cover all the bases. If there were any shortcomings at all, it would be getting through to his office on the phone can be extremely difficult and frustrating at times.
Dr. Tague is very knowledgeable in every aspect of medicine. He's a Doctor that takes care of all needs!! He is very Professional & Caring!!!
If you’re looking for a “fast food” drive-thru type diagnosis and treatment. You may want to consider another physician. If you are looking for in-depth analysis of your condition & a thorough consultation with a Doctor Who listens & considers your opinion. This is the place. The wait time can often be over an hour. If I have a 9:00AM appointment I sometimes get see him by 9:30AM & sometimes by 11:00AM. If you have no patience to wait and have a complex condition. It would behoove you to wait.
Staff is very rude! They are his family. He puts their needs before his patients! They complain about their job and duties and even have heard them get rude with Dr Tague! I waited over a week before I got my results back from my stress test! And when I told Dr Tague about how long it took.. He dropped me as his patient!
Absolutely the worst and most uncaring doctor's office I have ever been to. The office staff is quite rude and make little secret that they hate thier jobs and you are bothering them by being a patient. Go anywhere but here.
Visiting from the Northwest and was referred to Dr. to follow-up on an ER visit with a pneumonia diagnosis. When making appointment, was actually told the Dr does not write for narcotics before asking why I needed the appointment in the first place. I told her I was a 64 yr old woman not seeking narcotics but a follow-up for the pneumonia. She said dr. told her to say this.. I then tried to ask if there was another dr. I could see as this was insulting and unprofessional. She hung up. Really?
Dr. Tague takes his time with patients, so the waiting time can get longer than others. However, when you are in the room with him you appreciate the time he spends with you. He seems very interested in fixing my issues without just finding "the easy way out" I trust him to the fullest extent. He is definitely worth the waiting time.
