Dr. Legare is an amazing doctor who is committed to helping patients and families who are suffering from cancer. Not up to date on current treatments.. Not willing to escalate care when needed. Negligent in care for his patients who are hospitalized. Zero urgency to act quickly when necessary. Plenty of other good oncologists out there. Avoid this one.
I see Dr. Legare at one of his other facilities. He is kind, thorough, and takes his time with me on each visit. I have complete confidence in his recommendations for my treatment.

To be quite frank, a Google review or ANY ratings on the internet for a doctor is not the best way to find a good reputable doctor. That being said, Dr. Legare is one of the most caring, compassionate, and skilled doctors in THE WORLD, let alone RI. To say that this man is brilliant would be an understatement!
