We all want our medical providers to be competent, compassionate and professional. Well I could run out of descriptive words to fairly describe how Dr Fusco’s entire practice treats their patients. Not only is Dr Fusco and his medical staff of the best competence but every person you will contact during your procedure is better than the next. Let’s face it endoscopy is not fun and actually nerve racking. But their warmth and professionalism eases ones anxieties and ends up being a great process.
The entire staff made the entire colonoscopy experience as stress free as possible. Having a colonoscopy is a minor discomfort to experience to save one's life. Having had a grandmother who suffered through colon cancer and a colostomy, I feel very grateful we have easy access to colonoscopies today.
I called the office at 11am on hold for 30 minutes, I left a message (no other option).. I get a call at 430, at my office, where i initially placed the call (not the number I left on the message..twice)..I called back at 445, but the office was closed. I called the next day and was on hold for another 30 minutes? Rather than repeat..I got through to the receptionist.. I asked for Karen..Same procedure...waiting, then I got karen, with an attitude
Dr. Fusco is very thorough and professional. Both my husband and I are new patents of his. Each time we have seen him, he patently listens to our symptoms and concerns. His examinations and evaluations have been very detailed and thorough. Once completing the examinations, he politely offers for us to sit down along with himself and explains everything in great detail. I trust this doctor with my life!
Dr. Fusco and staff put me at ease, were very professional and kind in their care for me, and the good outcome naturally leaves me very relieved that another possible worry has been defused. Dr. Fusco gave immediate explanation and pictures which was very assuring.
