Limited in what he is able to offer. Dismissive. It doesn’t seen like UCSF has a strong reconstructive surgery department. Go elsewhere.
Dr. Foster is a brilliant surgeon and a true artist. There are many plastic surgeons to choose from in the Bay Area, but not as many who can give an excellent result when the patient has had a bi-lateral mastectomy due to breast cancer. He has a quiet, calm demeanor. He is kind and compassionate and never rushed. I am grateful beyond words for the amazing result as well as the safe and secure feeling he gave me during a time of profound vulnerability.
Dr. Foster was one of the kindest, sweetest people let alone Doctor's i ever met. He treated me twice for two huge reconstructive surgeries. He made me feel safe & was always responsive if i had questions (& i had ALLOT of questions)
