I had a routine bladder suspension at the surgical center he's part owner of. The in & out surgery started early in the morning and I should have been released within a few hours. However....as my husband and 6 month old daughter waited in the waiting room, while day turned to night. Dr. Biggers assisted in the removal of my cancerous kidney, now with my follow ups, I receive the best care I have ever received from a Dr's office. I was in the medical field for 25+ years, and have seen my share of "issues with Dr's" But I have not experienced any issues with Dr. Biggers office, or Dr. Biggers himself. I am glad I am a patient of his.
I was told he was the best in town! He did my 1st of 2 vasectomies with Dr. Biggers and it got infected and he was closed and could not get me a prescription for anti-biotics. Then I had my 4th child 18 months later. So that means he failed to do his job! Then rather than bill me his office told me my insurance covered this surgery and instead I 4 years later when re-financing my house found out that I was sent to collections and because of 4 years of interest I owe them $755.00 and had a collection on my credit report.
