Dr Bales work is satisfactory. His nurses are exceptional. My problem was with billing. 2 months in a row I received one page bill that indicated small amounts paid by my 2 insurance companys. When I received payment statements from my 2 insurances I called for clarification and was met with hateful remarks indicating how stupid I was. That's what I owed, bottom line. Finally, after turning all over to an attorney, received call back from person in charge. I was unable to communicate because my attorney had all my paperwork.... read more
Dr Bales has performed cataract surgeries on both eyes for me and I can see without glasses for the fist time in 40 years. His team along the staff at Purcell hospital were friendly, courteous, and efficient. The entire process was one of the smoothest medical procedures I have experienced. I have already recommended him to someone.
Dr. Bales' inter personal and professional skills are much appreciated in this day of no customer service. The staff is very nice and easy to talk with.
