I have gone to three other surgeons for initial consults before deciding to go with Dr. Cohen. From the very start to the last appointment after the surgery, everything went very smoothly. I had a Breast Aug 4 years ago and have no complaints. Dr. Cohen was very professional and had a great bedside manner. I was healed within a few days and results were perfect. Everything went as planned and I came out with a very nice set of fake, but natural looking breasts. I am a Healthcare Administrator and have worked in doctors offices my entire working career. Dr. Cohen and his office was wonderful! I recommend in the highest terms!
Like many women today I was uncomfortable with the appearance of my breasts after having my baby girl. I was very self conscious and didn't feel like myself despite my husband's love and support. My rating deals only with my after care. And for the person who responded to the other poster re: who should make the final decision regarding placement of the implant, that should be the person whose body that implant is placed into. Dr. Cohen does have a great bedside manner but he is cocky and overtalks his Pts as well. On balance I can't say he is not talented, but he doesn't accept responsibility for his mistakes either. I just went for a consultation, and was very disappointed. Dr.Cohen was very polite, but I felt like a could not ask any questions, the one question I did ask regarding sub muscular or partial sub muscular he answered in a condescending tone. He did not let me try on sizers so that we can both understand the look I am going for, I felt rushed, he basically TOLD me what procedure and implant type he'll be using on me, and that he would decide on the operating table what size to go for.
