We love it here and the staff is so friendly. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the rooms are often dusty and the floors don’t seem to be swept daily. There’s also a really long wait sometimes before getting a room. Updating my initial review from 3 years ago: The staff is incredibly kind and patient, the rooms are a lot cleaner than they once were (I would imagine due to having additional staff added since then), and we're generally seen a lot quicker than we used to be seen.
We've been with Dr. Bell for over 10 years, and I am still impressed with the level of patient care and customer service that he and his staff provide!!! The nurses are very kind and patient with my kids, especially with my son with autism. They've always been gentle and never frustrated with him when he can't tolerate an exam. Dr. Bell is so great with him as well. Wait times aren't bad at all either. My overall experience has been consistently wonderful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Honestly if I could give 100 stars I would. Dr bell and his nurses are all amazing. I have a son he sees, that has a ng tube in. And there care is so so good. And they actually try to help you and your child/ children love kidmed. Smith family supports yall
Dr Bell has been our Pediatrician for over 10 years. He is absolutely the best He always takes time with us Discusses pros and cons of medications we need. His staff is always friendly and get us in quickly
