Dr. Bell is amazing. He has been my kids pediatrician for the past eight years and I have zero complaints. He takes his time and is very thorough. I love that he doesn’t rush out of the room during the visits and ensures that every concern is addressed before the visit is over.
I’ve always had our pediatrician in Houston since my children were born, except for one year we did their well check ups at KidMed in 2022 due to changes in insurance. Since my children are older now I wanted to switch them both over completely to KidMed for Dr. Bell to be their primary care physician from here onwards to be closer to home here in Beaumont. I’m not usually one to express my concerns but fter reading the reviews, and having a similar personal experience with KidMed, I highly do not recommend and would like to warn others. My daughter woke up severely ill and without any examinations in person, they just brushed me off telling me to “let the symptoms pass on its own”. Anything could be wrong with my baby, what are you her provider for ?! I felt, in my personal opinion, they had no regard for my child and I was brushed off. After they pulled their "we can no longer see your child if they haven't been caught up on their vaccines" post a while back. This was after covid. Anybody that shoves this down someone's throat is in it for the money. Stop encouraging poisoning kids at the expense of profit.
