Great Doctor - Explains everything very well ...
Excellent Doctor Chen is compassion and down to earth and very caring . Office is very clean and not a long wait , the girls are very sweet and professional highly recommend this doctor .
Excellent care from dr Chen himself. He listens to your concerns and takes time to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment plan. On the administrative side, he does not respond to phone questions. The office took 8 days to respond to a request from my insurance company for more information, after I called them 3 times to follow up.
