Rude nurse just sent me away even though the address of this location was on my insurance card. Guess I’ll just go die.
I would give them negative star if that is possible. Front desk is the worst. They can’t answer any questions. The dr really don’t care either. Do not use the dr. Complete waste of time. Does not address any issues besides prescribing more medication. Zero bedside manner, rush thru the appointment.
My parents use to see this dr. Chan and his service is horrible. They are rude, impatient, and care more about making money from insurance than caring about their parents. I’m very glad that my parents finally decided to switch providers rather than continue to endure this.
I’ll start with a positive, the staff Lupe really went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. Outside of that the office is old, the system being used is outdated. The doctor wasn’t present so I was seen by a nurse when I waited 2 weeks to see the actual doctor. The AC wasn’t working so me and all of the other patients were sweating and very hot as we waited to be seen by the nurse not the doctor. The address online is also wrong and needs to be updated. The worst receptionist ever. When I needed refills in other MD offices, CVS handled it for me. Now, I am given an appointment to see the receptionist 5 days later to ask her for the refill. Ridiculous Need to tell Robert Chan about this
