This Doc is awesome. I saw him at his last location. I'm glad I found out where he is as I plan to return. I have had some urologists that just didn't suite me. Dr. Roberts was the first one I felt comfortable talking to and he was so knowledgeable. He didn't rush Mr and answer so many questions that I find embarrassing. Since he left his last location I haven't had a urologist like the one my hospital uses I felt discriminated. Its maademe afraid to see anyone else.
Dr. Carrasquillo is a great doctor. He is a professional and likes to do things by the book. He is confident in his knowledge and abilities. I had a procedure done and all went well. Everything was explained to me and was willing to answer any questions I had before and after. As others have mentioned, Dr. Carrasquillo and his staff are very prompt in replying to messages. *EDIT - I have to give the man credit; he actually responds to all negative reviews he receives, which takes serious guts. I would not be able to bring myself to do that were I in his shoes. I met with him twice. He's prompt and always responds to messages via the Portal in a timely manner. He seems to be good with the science stuff (which is great!), but man oh man he has the warmth and bedside manner of a cyborg. If you need a doctor that occasionally smiles and acts human, I would not recommend him.
Dr Carrasquillo was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. That's exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend. Thank you!
If you have a sensitive medical condition and want to go see a doctor.. after waiting three months for the appointment and then be treated in a rude, abrupt and condescending manner- go see Dr. C. He’ll treat you like he’s bothered by the fact that you came into the office to see him and then ask you questions and be rude and condescending in the way you respond to his questions. If I need a follow up I will not be going to BILH. Don’t go to Dr. Carrasquillo
