After waiting 7 minutes months for an appointment and flying across country, I was told last minute that Dr. Waldrop called off. When I asked if he could fit me in the next day or if I could see him for a few minutes -- given how difficult travel was for me -- the front desk, without inquiring, coldly told me no. This fit a pattern of experience. Previously, the front desk had given me the wrong time, which I only discovered when checking the medical portal
I saw countless neurologists for daily migraines and Dr. Waldrop is by far the best. Dr. Waldrop carefully looked at my brain scans where other doctors just flipped through the pictures so fast that they couldn’t have caught any abnormality. He is compassionate and caring. I really like him and will continue to see him for many years to come.
Dr. Waldrop was very attentive, explained tests and results in depth and set me on a path for improvement of my condition. Friendly and pleasant while maintaining efficiency. Great doc!
I was a patient of Dr. Waldrop's from 2014 until I left the area in 2023 and the drive was too far. He was always attentive to my needs and willing to try different things to help with my health issues. Note: He sometimes appeared stiff and doesn't always smile, which may be off-putting to some people, but he's very kind and always listened to my needs. He's a very good doctor.
Dr. Waldrop is not good for any one with seizures but possibly other neuro issues. I do not recommend him. He tried several medications on our child, and it never worked, and he finally said it was time for something else which was riskier.
We chose to go back to Dr Waldroup who my wife had seen for several years before we moved when i was active duty militaryto Ft. Benning. She had suffered a stroke and we had an appointment to have her seen for post stroke care, which you can't find doctors worth a $#!# in Columbus. We drove two and a half hours, and arrived 4 minutes beyond their 10 minute late mark and the staff still refused to allow my wife to see the Doctor, setting the next appointment back to over a month out, while she suffers excruciating migraines d... read more
This office provided excellent care to me and Dr. Waldrop took time to examine me. He scheduled appropriate tests and explained his findings and recommendations well. His staff were very professional and efficient.
I have to say that his personal has no idea about customer service. As for Dr. He is attentive.
I had an appointment scheduled for today (with referral). Once nurse walked me to the room, the first question was if I took Covid jab. Then Dr. Waldrop storms in (literally) and tells me that if I don't answer Covid related questions (they took my temperature), he is refusing to provide medical service to me and that I should leave. I did. If you want to be treated like a human, go find a different doctor, if you want to be treated like statistic - Dr. Waldrop is your best choice.
