Been a patient of Dr. Reid's for over 2 years. From the moment you call to make that first appointment, you are treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Reid's staff is the best I've seen at a dentist office. They really do care about their patients, and it shows! On my first visit, Dr. Reid explained everything without being condescending or patronizing, like other doctors.
