Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while
