Amazing experience! Got all my 4 wisdom teeth removed in my 30s… it was totally pain free. On the 5th day I got dry socket, called the emergency number given to my discharge instructions, and same day, the Surgeon went out of his way to help me alleviate my pain. 10 stars!!!
We went to visit Dr Hou at his chino office located on 12860 Tenth St Suite A in Chino. because we were referred to him by our dentist. The lady who identified herself as the office manager was totally rude with my wife she told her about the referral and she said that our regular dentist never sent anything, we told her that we will be more than glad to pay whatever the insurance didn't covered but she refused to take care of my wife or let her talk to the DR. My daughter needed four teeth extracted for orthodontics, and her dentist referred us here. I called multiple times to ask about the cost, but they refused to give any information over the phone and said we had to come in. At the visit, the doctor did a quick check and said the extractions could be done, then charged a consultation fee. Only after the procedure did I find out they are out-of-network with Cigna, which they never mentioned beforehand. The extraction skills are good, but I don't recommend this place overall. My family and I have been there a few times for extractions. I am terrified of the dentist and have bad anxiety, but they are so helpful and keep me at ease. We always get put to sleep, it’s fast and painless. Never had any issues even after going home. 100% recommended. I have to drive over an hour to get there but it’s worth it.
