I have been a patient for 5 years. The office staff has changed since they moved to Babylon. Every time I need to make an appointment I have to go to the office to make the appointment. I have left countless messages for an appointment. The office doesn't call you back. I'll be looking for another dentist.

I have a very bad experience with DeFeo. I made an appointment because my front tooth came out and I still had some of the tooth in my gum. I had told them this when I got there. They took 7 or 8 xrays I don’t know why so many but I am the patient. After they took the xrays I saw DeFo he looked at the xrays and said we don’t extract teeth you will have to go to an oral surgeon and come back in a week to fit your dentures. I was mortified. Based solely on the front desk call I had today I would never book an appointment with this dentist. Horrible customer service.
Dr. Defeo is excellent. Over the years he has done crown work for me. No problem. Hygienist are wonderful. Thorough. Receptionist always answers phone. Cordial. They always run on time. Very happy.
