Great experience
Horrible experience, unprofessional staff and unwilling to do their jobs. I had to get metal removed from my eye. I called to get an appointment, the receptionist was unwilling to allow me to explain. Unwilling for me to pay out of pocket for the procedure and never recommend another practice to get it done before hanging up on me. Horrible experience, I will never go back.
Dr Brass is phenomenal explains everything to you. Makes you feel very comfortable. Had 6 coronial abrasions in one eye! Came in on a holiday to make sure I wasn’t in pain any longer.
I have complex vision issues from birth. Now in my 60s. I have always been a little anxious about eye exam because when you are 4 y.o. in a person in the white coat looks at your eyes and says, OMG! - it can stay with you for life. I cannot say enough about the Brass! Thank you!!!patience, kindness and professionalism of Dr.
